Coach Lew’s Super Green Smoothie will surprise you!
Coach Lew here with a super charged, super food and super delicious green smoothie!
This smoothie is packed with nutrition and flavor! So with our further to do here is the recipe:
To make your super green smoothie in your Nutribullet or similar heavy duty blender combine the following:
1 Hand full spinach (preferably organic)
8 Ounces coconut water and/or almond milk (I like both) (ditto on the organic)
1/2 Frozen banana
1/4 Cup each of frozen blueberries and red raspberries
1 Ounce UDO’s oil
1-1 1/2 Scoop vanilla egg protein
1 Teaspoon spirulina
1 Tablespoon raw cacao butter
And if you are not trying to do a vegetarian or vegan diet you can add a couple tablespoons of goats milk vanilla yogurt or goats milk kefir for a super delicious and super smooth consistency!
