We discovered the difference in stress reduction and stress relief!

We discovered the difference between physical stress and emotional stress.  Internal stress or external stress.

So what are the top 5 stress busters?

  • Get up and set up a morning routine!

Get up 15, 30 or 45 minutes early to plan your day, your week and set your day to win. 

Take 10-15 minutes to prime your self for the best day. If you don’t have 10 minutes for you, you don’t have a life!

  • Learn the concept of outcome as opposed to what to do!

 Remember that it is your outcome that you are after not making check marks on a list!

  • For the last half hour to one hour before bed put down the electronics, turn off the TV, don’t eat anything with sugar, caffeine or anything heavy. Listen to something relaxing or read something that puts you in a grateful or relaxed state of mind. Make sure your love life is rewarding and make sure you are using that 3-5 times a week minimum. Do not discuss finances, work, family issues etc before bed!

  • Make time to do a massage or other relaxation treatment. You may say you don’t have time right? The problem is you get so stressed and if you don’t offset it you become less productive, less creative and less motivated which actually costs you more time and money!

  • Detox your body!!

  When your body is toxic you are going to have sleep patterns that are choppy, you will have brain fog, you will lack energy and generally be less productive, more forgetful and in the long run creates more stress, the crazy 8 syndrome!

In summary there are always going to be stressful situations around you. How you process them and how you take action to repair the damage to your body and mind is what is going to make the difference!
